Duncan is the Founder and Director Cambridge Organics and Cambridge Food Hub. Duncan has been working with organic and sustainable food for over twenty years, having founded Cambridge Organics in 1998, and more recently ‘Cambridge Food Hub. He is also the author of ‘Local Food Ecosystems: How Food Hubs Can Help Create a More Sustainable Food System’ in which he describes the innovative concept in local food supply chain coordination that they are putting into practice at the Cambridge Food Hub.
