At the Real Food Garden we grow the best in sustainably produced vegetables. Supplying Wadebridge, Lostwithiel, Bodmin and St Columb Major, we grow our crops without the use of chemicals and in ways that improve the soil and foster biodiversity. We are carbon negative, sucking CO2 out of the atmosphere with our fantastic soil. This means that our veg is not only packed full of nutrients and flavour, it also nourishes the environment locally and globally
