Grown by Newquay Community Orchard is more than just a weekly veg box. You will have a direct relationship to the land providing your produce. You will be able to meet the people growing your food. You will be part of our community supported agriculture (CSA). You will share in our harvest.
Grown by Newquay Orchard is based at Fentenfenna Farm in the village of Ruthvoes, which is a 7 mile drive from Newquay. We are growing on a 2 acre plot which will scale up to 4 acres within 4 years. We want to provide our local community with the freshest, community grown, pesticide free produce. We aim to feed 45 households with a weekly box in the first year and this will grow with up to 120 households able to become members in four years.
As a member of Grown by Newquay Orchard you’ll receive a weekly veg box full to the brim with seasonal vegetables grown to organic principles. Part of the aim is to reduce food miles and so pick up points will be at Newquay Orchard, St Columb and Ruthvoes. Your investment provides a reliable income for our CSA allowing us to grow sustainably and plan for the future.
