Ingredients | Serves 2 | Cook 25 Mins

  • 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 1 big knob of butter (about 3 Tbsp)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Put a medium saucepan on high heat. Add all the ingredients.
  • Bring to a rapid simmer so your butter and honey is bubbling. Give it a stir so the radishes are completely coated. Cook on a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the radishes are tender and the liquid has reduced to a syrupy glaze.
  • Serve with a handful of toasted seeds scattered on top.
