Ingredients | Serves 4 | Cook 20 Mins
- Raw beetroot, grated
- kohlrabi, grated
- carrot, gated
- plain yoghurt
- apple, grated
- toasted pumpkin seeds
- salt and pepper
- Add roughly equal measures of the grated beetroot, kohl rabi and carrot to fill a dessert bowl
- Add the grated apple and a handful of seeds
- Mix together with two tablespoons of mayonnaise and two more of yoghurt
- Season with salt and pepper
