Ripple Farm has been certified Organic since 1989 and is certified organic by the Soil Association. Ripple Farm Organics grow a wide range of vegetables, salad crops, herbs and some soft fruit. We strive for sustainability in our growing methods as well as other aspects of our business.
Our produce is sold through our own East Kent vegetable box scheme; Wye and Whitstable Farmers’ Markets in Kent, and Stoke Newington Farmers’ Market in London; and organic/wholefood shops, box schemes and home deliveries in London (including the innovative Growing Communities) as well as shops, cafes and pubs in Kent.

Ripple Farmers – The farm is run by Martin and Sarah Mackey. Martin has an academic qualification in Sustainable Agriculture, and many years of practical experience in organic growing, whilst Sarah discovered her interest in organic vegetable growing whilst ‘WWOOF‘ing around Europe. There are between 10 and 15 other employees working at the farm through the year.
