We work with nature for the benefit of our environment and aim to grow produce that people can get excited about whilst creating a thriving space that brings the community together.
Soil is the most important part of our food system and is integral for the health of our environment. We work on improving our soil by using the no-dig method, no fertilisers, no chemicals, no machinery and using green manures and cover crops where we can.
